The IF Test™, IF Factor™, Gap Map, and Action Plan are educational tools. They are not insurance, financial, investment, legal, medical, or tax advice; an insurance quote or application; underwriting; or a recommendation to purchase a particular product. Consult appropriately licensed professionals before making decisions.
Eligibility and your responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You agree to provide information you are authorized to provide, keep account credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape content, or misuse another person’s information.
Results and no guarantees
Your result is generated from the answers you submit and the scoring logic in the service. Incomplete, estimated, or inaccurate answers can change the result. We do not guarantee that a score, plan, or suggested next step will produce a particular financial, insurance, or personal outcome.
Purchases and refunds
Payments are processed through Stripe. Prices and included features are shown before purchase. The Refund Policy is incorporated into these terms. Taxes, if applicable, may be added at checkout.
Intellectual property
The service, its design, scoring presentation, text, graphics, trademarks, and downloadable materials belong to Prestige Haven LLC or its licensors. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use your Action Plan. You may not resell, publish, copy for commercial use, or create a competing product from the materials.
Availability and limitation
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is,” and Prestige Haven LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these terms and will post the revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
