Personalized digital product
The IF Action Plan™ is a personalized digital product generated from your assessment answers and made available promptly after successful payment. Because access and personalization begin immediately, purchases are generally final once the plan is generated or access is granted, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
When we will review a refund
We will review requests involving a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, or a verified technical problem that prevents access to the purchased plan and cannot be corrected within a reasonable time. This does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.
How to request help
Contact zataria@prestigehaven.org within 7 days of purchase. Include the email used at checkout, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. Do not email your full card number or security code.
If approved, a refund is returned to the original payment method. Processing time is controlled by Stripe and your bank and may vary.
Scope
This policy covers only the IF Action Plan™ digital purchase. It does not govern any separate insurance or professional service. Before purchasing, review the free result and Action Plan preview to decide whether the product fits your needs.
