Information we collect
We may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, state, age range, household and dependent details, financial-role information, income contribution, obligations, existing protection and resources, readiness answers, consent choices, and communications with us.
We may also collect basic technical and usage information such as device, browser, pages viewed, timestamps, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
How we use information
We use information to administer the assessment; calculate and display your IF Factor™, Gap Map, and personalized guidance; email your result; create and deliver a purchased Action Plan; process transactions; respond to support requests; maintain security; troubleshoot; and improve the experience.
We use your information for promotional communications only when permitted by law and your choices. You may unsubscribe using the link in a promotional email or by contacting us.
How information is shared
We may share information with vendors that help us host, store, email, analyze, secure, and process payments for the service, including Base44 and Stripe. These providers process information to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, to meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and some information may be retained where the law permits or requires it.
Age, links, and changes
The service is intended for adults age 18 and older and is not directed to children. Third-party sites and payment services have their own privacy practices. We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date here.
